The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors. You can now monitor your glucose by scanning your sensor with your phone, or use FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors to receive alarms when your glucose is low or high. If you want to receive alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor with the app. If you want to receive alarms on the FreeStyle Libre 2 scanner, start the sensor with the scanner. Once the sensor is started with the scanner, you can also scan that sensor with your phone.Please note that no data is exchanged between the app and the scanner. For complete data from a device, scan your sensor every 8 hours with that device. Otherwise the reports will not contain all the data.
